Artefacto
The author Peter Bürger refers to the acceptance of the avant-garde as art, destroying the concept of an organic work of art which respects the meaning as something living and for the avant-garde the material is only material, tearing it from its context where it fragments and modifies its meaning. He also says that the classical work of art wants to be a natural whole, the avant-garde work is the opposite, “it is offered as an artistic product, as an artifact” that is created from fragments of reality. This is how I represent my work as an artifact, inspired by the works of mainly Georg Nees and also Frieder Nake, a whole where each square is organically respecting its place and everything fits into something harmonious, but when you go through it, each row moves, trembles, that organic work is destroyed.
Technical, aesthetic and conceptual development
Using random functions to have that orange blossom that the author also speaks, thus becoming an avant-garde “artistic artifact”, and the FOR structure for each row of rectangles of the work, and at the end an IF so that when the Click is pressed it has a scale from white to gray to give a little more of a resignifying effect to the work.
