Explode to a being

The work is composed of a series of images, five of them are arranged in a figurative sense of what would be the consequence of the consumption of the media, society and networks, they are made visible by pressing the mouse, the A, S, D, F keys; A lonely man is visible watching his television, it has music from the Pink Floyd-Comfortably Numb soundtrack, the choice of this has to do with its lyrics.

Instructions for use

Biography

My name is Milagros Torres, I was born in Avellaneda. I don’t have much to talk about the past, but to introduce myself I think it’s important to say that I went to high school with a visual arts orientation, where I met a great artist up close. It marked a large part of my adolescence, and I oriented myself towards the path where I am today, studying multimedia arts, as she did, a received student, she was my mentor in all the years of my high school. Far from thinking about pursuing an art career, since I saw myself stuck between drawings, perfectly drawn, and the pencil is far from being my best friend, I was looking for something more visual, and experimental for me, like programming in P5Js today. I have a great interest in abstract works, and those that have a mobilizing social criticism, as well as the soundtrack of my work Pink Floyd. During my adolescence it can be said that my references and people who made me interested in the world of art were Jackson Pollock, Federico Lamas, The Wall, the experimental cinema of Jean Luc Godard, Lars Von Trier, Pedro Almodovar, and David Lynch. It can also be said that I formed my character by listening to national rock a little by Charly García, Gustavo Cerati, and Fito Páez.
