Las Delicias en llamas

Las Delicias en Llamas is an interactive work of art developed in p5.js that aims to generate reflection in its audience. At the beginning, you can see part of the painting “The Garden of Earthly Delights” by Hieronymus Bosch (1503) on the canvas. When you move the mouse, you see the user captured by your webcam following the cursor. And when this is moved by the canvas, the painting is altered, a world on fire appears and the sound of it burning.

Biography

My name is Candela, I am 19 years old and I am from Tres de Febrero (Bs As). I graduated from high school in 2019 with great confusion about what I wanted to study. However, what did not vary between my ideas was art. At first I thought that I had arrived at the Multimedia degree by chance, since it was not among my first options, but now that I have finished the first year I don’t think that is the case. I am looking forward to both my personal and professional growth at UNA and to enrich myself with new experiences.
